When you create an event, shifts are generated automatically according to your settings and rules.

In the staff planning overview you get a suggestion per shift. Who is available, and who fits the function, the role and the concept. You only have to confirm.

Location, times and what they need to know sit in the portal, on that shift. People are informed. You get fewer questions and have less to forward.

Afterwards they enter their hours on the shift that was already planned. Within your thresholds, approval can run on its own; exceptions you review yourself. Then you prepare for payroll or freelancer payout. Your bookkeeping stays where it is.

At Staal Foodtrucks you see revenue, costs and staff per event and per truck. Whether a weekend added up, without a second set of books. For other companies this is not a standard part yet.
