Location, times and what they need to know sit in the portal, on that shift. People are informed. You get fewer questions and have less to forward.

Afterwards your employees simply enter their hours in their portal. Approval happens automatically within thresholds you set yourself. What falls outside, you review yourself. Then you export the hours for your payroll administrator. Freelancers see in the portal exactly how much they worked.

You enter cost prices and standard costs per food truck/sales point. After an event you enter the revenue, and the system calculates your revenue, costs, profit and margins. You then see that not only per event, but across concepts, food trucks, organisations and periods.
