Flooptimize has two calendars for keeping an overview of your planned days. The event calendar shows which events or jobs sit in a period. The sales-point calendar shows, per food truck, bar, or zone, when that place is running. You set the period yourself.
Event calendar
On the event calendar you see all planned days at a glance: which event or job sits on which day. That is the overview of your jobs. You do not need to open each event separately to see what the coming weeks look like.

On the sales-point calendar the days sit next to each other: one column is one day. Per day you see which food trucks, bars, or zones run that day, grouped by event. You scroll horizontally through the period. Useful when the question is not “what does this festival look like?”, but “where are the trucks this week?”

The calendars are for overview. Filling shifts and assigning people belongs in personnel planning. Briefing and hours live in the employee portal and in the backoffice under hours.
